Case Study
Operational Redesign / BizClik Media
The Context
Corporate media portfolios frequently scale at the expense of visual cohesion. When an enterprise expands rapidly, housing dozens of legacy products and digital publications under one roof without a centralised system, the visual brand fragments. Touchpoints become disconnected, internal production workflows stall under the weight of one-off designs, and commercial brand equity dilutes.
The Strategy
Stepping into the business as a consultant, my immediate priority was structural alignment, not cosmetic decoration. I audited the existing asset ecosystem and worked directly with senior management to align creative output with core commercial objectives. By treating design as functional logic, we systematically retired the fragmented styles and rebuilt the entire multi-brand portfolio under a single, highly structured digital design system.
The Functional Outcome
This operational overhaul eliminated production bottlenecks and allowed the business to scale without friction, leading directly to my full-time appointment to oversee the global creative output. The unified system now seamlessly powers a massive roster of monthly digital magazines, international live conference events, fast-turnaround video and media campaigns with total structural consistency.
