Case Study
Portfolio Relaunch / Infinity Business Media
The Context
Uncontrolled growth across digital B2B media portfolios inevitably strains both brand equity and infrastructure. When multiple niche publications and legacy corporate touchpoints operate without centralised oversight, user experience fragments and layout consistency collapses. Internal workflows quickly stall under the weight of disjointed production schedules, resulting in missed commercial growth targets and underperforming platforms.
The Strategy
Joining the senior management team, my objective was complete structural and operational alignment. I bypassed traditional creative silos to take full ownership of the end-to-end production and design schedule. Partnering directly with the Head of Technology, we treated the digital presence as a piece of functional infrastructure rather than an aesthetic afterthought. We unpicked legacy layouts, established rigorous delivery milestones, and systematically rebranded the core B2B brand and its sub-brands to align directly with commercial business objectives.
The Functional Outcome
This infrastructure overhaul stabilised the entire media pipeline, ensuring every single corporate touchpoint delivered total consistency against strict commercial deadlines. By bridging the gap between design operations and technology, we transformed a legacy print-first portfolio into a highly functional, user-focused, and commercially optimised digital ecosystem backed by a disciplined, efficient workflow which enabled the business to produce a Weekly version of the digital publication.
